HARRY A. EADON JR, Chairman and Interim Director
Harry also serves as Executive Director of the Tuscarawas County Port Authority. He graduated from Elyria High School in 1971, attended Muskingum College and graduated from Lorain County Community College in 1981 with an Associates of Arts. In addition, Harry graduated from Baldwin-Wallace College in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts and Case Western Reserve University in 1994 with a Masters of Accountancy.

Harry is very active in the local community. He has served on the Dover Schools Continuous Improvement Committee for seven years, is a member of the Tuscarawas County Chamber of Commerce, and the Community Improvement Corporation. He is also a past member of the Dover Rotary, coached both YMCA Basketball and Dover summer league softball. Harry lives in Dover with his wife, Lorrie, and two children.

SCOTT FINNELL, Vice Chairman
Scott is Executive Vice President of First Federal Community Bank based in Dover, Ohio. He’s been a local banker for over 12 years. Scott earned his BA Degree in Finance and Management from Mount Union College and his MBA from Ashland University.

He has been active in many local organizations and charities throughout the years, and currently serves as Board member of the Muskingum Lakes Chapter of the American Red Cross as well as a member of the New Philadelphia Kiwanis Club. Scott lives in Dover with his wife, Amy, and three children.

ANDY CHAPMAN, Treasurer
Andy is a local native, who graduated from Dover High School in 1974. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business - majoring in accounting and minoring in finance - from Miami University in 1978. Andy has been licensed with the State of Ohio Board of Accountancy since 1980 and is presently employed at Four-Fifteen Group, Inc., a large local public accounting firm with offices in Canton and Dover.

Andy is actively involved in the community, both professionally and personally. He is a member of the Ohio Society and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In addition to serving as the Treasture of the Tuscarawas County Business Incubator, he currently serves on the Dover Parks Advisory Board and in various capacities for the Tuscarawas County Chamber of Commerce. Andy has also served as a Director and Trustee for the Tuscarawas County YMCA, Director at the Union Country Club, and coached softball and baseball in Dover community summer leagues.

Andy and his wife, Susan reside in Dover. They have three children.

BARBARA GILES VARRATI, Secretary
Barbara is also a native of Tuscarawas County with strong community ties. She was born in Dover and later moved to New Philadelphia. She graduated from New Philadelphia High School in 1974, attended the University of Akron for one year, then The Ohio State University College of Nursing, where she graduated with a BSN in 1978. Barbara received her MSN from Case Western Reserve in 1992.

Barbara and her husband Nicholas currently own and operate the Occupational Medicine Center of Tuscarawas County.

BRENT L. MOORE, Board Member
Brent is currently an associate attorney at Miller & Kyler, LPA. He practices in Intellectual Property Law, Corporate Law and Civil Litigation. He received a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry in 1996 from the University of Akron and graduated from the University of Akron School of Law, J.D. Law, in 1999. Brent has been licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office since 1998 and was licensed by the Supreme Court of Ohio in 1999. He was also licensed in Federal Court for the Northern District of Ohio in 2000.

Brent stays active in professional and local organizations. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Tuscarawas County Bar Association, American Intellectual Property Law Association and the Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Association. Brent and his wife, Anne, reside in Dover, Ohio.

PATRICIA A. COMANITZ, Board Member
Patricia currently serves as the Director of the Small Business Development Center at the Kent State University Tuscarawas Campus in New Philadelphia. She has previous experience as a small business owner of both American Plastics Personnel and Encore for Men & Children. Patricia is a graduate of Walsh University with a Bachelors of Arts in Business Management, and is a Certified Business Analyst, a Certified Economic Development Finance Professional, and a NxLevel Certified Instructor.

Ms. Comanitz is actively involved in local business activities and organizations, including Tuscarawas County Chamber of Commerce, Ohio State University Extension Advisory Board, Crossroads Revolving Loan Fund Board, and the Stark Development Board Finance Corporation.

SCOTT R. PIPES, CHFC, CIC, Board Member
The principal owner of Pipes Insurance Service, Ltd., Scott R. Pipes has a Bachelor of Science degree in Insurance from Bowling Green State University. He holds two prestigious professional designations in the industry (Chartered Financial Consultant and Certified Insurance Counselor), and is nearing completion on the third. In his twenty plus years of experience, Scott has been awarded numerous nationally recognized industry awards such as: Million Dollar Round Table (for production), the Century Circle (for number of contracts written) and the National Quality Award (for superior service). In addition, the Professional Insurance Agents Association selected Scott, out of 6,500 possible candidates, for their most prestigious award -"Ohio Agent of the Year"; and Scottıs firm, Pipes Insurance Service, Ltd., was recently ranked by Grange Mutual Insurance Company to be one of their "top ten agencies" countrywide.

Scott is married to Janet and has three children - Brittany, Christopher and Logan. As a graduate of New Philadelphia High School, he is proud to have moved back to the area to expand the family business and raise his family. He enjoys spending time with his family, golf, and fishing and is an assistant instructor at McFeeder's Tae Kwon Do. Scott is also very active in his church and community.
